Son of God

Son of God — the literal Son of the Father in the flesh

Now Aaron said unto him: Believest thou that the Son of God shall come to redeem mankind from their sins? Alma 21:7

Aaron's first question to the Amalekite is about Christ: will the Son of God come to redeem mankind from their sins? The Nehor teaching that God saves all men without repentance (verse 6) rejects the need for a Redeemer, and Aaron goes straight to that point.

Christ

Now Aaron began to open the scriptures unto them concerning the coming of Christ, and also concerning the resurrection of the dead, and that there could be no redemption for mankind save it were through the death and sufferings of Christ, and the atonement of his blood. Alma 21:9

Aaron teaches from the scriptures of his fathers that Christ will come, and that because of Him the dead will be resurrected. He is teaching future events as certain truth.

Atonement of Jesus Christ

Now Aaron began to open the scriptures unto them concerning the coming of Christ, and also concerning the resurrection of the dead, and that there could be no redemption for mankind save it were through the death and sufferings of Christ, and the atonement of his blood. Alma 21:9

Aaron teaches that redemption comes only through Christ's suffering, death, and shed blood. This answers the Nehor claim that everyone is saved no matter what. Salvation is real, and it has one source.
