Honest work for others is really service to Christ, and He is the one who rewards every good deed.

Earthly masters answer to their own Master in heaven, the Lord, who judges everyone equally.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Ephesians 6:10
Strength for spiritual battle comes from the Lord and His power, not our own.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; Ephesians 6:14–17
This armour echoes Isaiah, where the LORD — the coming Redeemer — puts on righteousness as a breastplate and salvation as a helmet, and where the Messiah wears righteousness as the girdle of His loins. The Saints are clothed in the Savior's own armour.

Tychicus is a faithful minister serving in the Lord Jesus.

Paul blesses the Saints with peace from two distinct beings, God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, and grace on all who sincerely love Jesus.
