Creator

Maker — the Creator of heaven and earth

And he went unto those that sent him, and they all entered into a covenant, yea, swearing by their everlasting Maker, that they would tell no man that Kishkumen had murdered Pahoran. Helaman 1:11

The murderers swear by their 'everlasting Maker.' King Benjamin taught that Jesus Christ is 'the Creator of all things from the beginning' (Mosiah 3:8), so this oath of a secret combination takes the Creator's name in vain to cover a murder, the opposite of taking His name upon them in covenant.
