Creator

Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments. Psalms 119:73

Surety

Surety — one who guarantees and pays another's debt

Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me. Psalms 119:122

A surety is someone who puts himself on the line to guarantee another person's debt. Hebrews calls Jesus the surety of a better covenant, the one who answers for us.

Advocate and Redeemer

Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word. Psalms 119:154

The psalmist asks the LORD to take up his case and rescue him (the Hebrew word for deliver here is the kinsman-redeemer's word). Christ is the Advocate who pleads our cause before the Father.

Good Shepherd

I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments. Psalms 119:176

The psalm ends with the cry of a lost sheep asking God to come and find him. Jesus is the Good Shepherd who came to seek and to save the lost.
