Jehovah
The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. Psalms 87:2–6
Jehovah, the premortal Christ, loves Zion and establishes it Himself. He writes people from every nation into its record as though they were born there, the way converts become His covenant people by a new birth.
