Why I Love Jukebox Saints
I came across Ammonius Soulstar and Jukebox Saints and knew right away this was something special. He brings funk and soul into gospel music in a way that feels fresh and real. The music has groove, but more importantly it has heart.
Jukebox Saints Records is building a community of artists from all over. South LA to Philly. Indie singers to G-Funk revivalists. All of them share a common mission: make music that glorifies God and moves people.
What They Stand For
Ammonius wants everyone to learn about Christ and find truth through the Spirit. His whole thing is loving, serving, and being an example. The music is meant to bring peace and guidance to anyone who listens.
I respect that. It lines up with what I try to do here at By Lord Redeemed. We are both using music to point people toward something bigger than ourselves.
Don't Ghost the Holy Ghost
This is their motto and I love it. The idea is simple. Christ is not just for Sundays. He should be part of your whole week. Let the music bring Him in. Let His light stay with you. Do not leave Him on read.
Come Unto Christ
The music gets your head nodding but the real work happens in your soul. Jukebox Saints wants to invite everyone to Christ. To feel His love. To discover your purpose. To find joy that lasts.
