Christ

Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:1

Paul invites others to follow his example only because he follows Christ.

Christ

Christ leads every man, and Christ Himself is directed by God the Father, showing the Father and Son as distinct beings in a divine order.

The Lord's Supper

When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat the Lord’s supper. 1 Corinthians 11:20

The sacrament is the Lord's supper, a sacred meal remembering Jesus, not a common feast.

For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: 1 Corinthians 11:23–25

Paul received from the Lord the account of the Last Supper and quotes Jesus' own words: the bread is His body broken for us and the cup is the new covenant in His blood, to be taken in remembrance of Him.

The Lord's death till He come

For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come. 1 Corinthians 11:26

Each time we take the sacrament we testify of the Lord's death and look forward to His Second Coming.

The body and blood of the Lord

Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 11:27–29

Taking the sacrament carelessly treats lightly the body and blood of the Lord Jesus. Jesus gave the Nephites the same warning about partaking unworthily (3 Nephi 18:28-29).
