Shiloh
Shiloh — he to whom it belongs
And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches, which hath devoured her fruit, so that she hath no strong rod to be a sceptre to rule. This is a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation. Ezekiel 19:14
The lament mourns that Judah's royal line has no sceptre left to rule. Judah was promised the sceptre until Shiloh comes, so this empty throne leaves room for the true King, Jesus Christ, the one whose right it is.
