Jehovah calling a prophet
And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee. Ezekiel 2:1–8
The glorious man on the throne from chapter 1, Jehovah, speaks and calls Ezekiel as His messenger. Here 'son of man' means Ezekiel, a mortal man; it is not the Savior's title in this chapter.
