Isaac as a type of Christ

And Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac. Genesis 25:5

The sons of the concubines get gifts, but the covenant son born by promise inherits everything. This softly echoes the Only Begotten, appointed heir of all things.

The seed of Abraham

And these are the generations of Isaac, Abraham’s son: Abraham begat Isaac: Genesis 25:19

Isaac's line is the family line Jesus Christ was born into. Matthew opens 'the book of the generation of Jesus Christ ... the son of Abraham' with these same words, so the promised seed runs through Isaac.

Jehovah

Jehovah — the covenant name of God, rendered LORD; the premortal Jesus Christ

And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. Genesis 25:21–23

Jehovah answers Isaac’s prayer for his barren wife and then speaks to Rebekah Himself, revealing the future of her twins. The covenant God who hears prayers and reveals His will is the premortal Christ.
