Jehovah

Jehovah (LORD) — the covenant name, 'I AM'; the premortal Christ

Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the LORD. Haggai 1:8

Jehovah asks His people to rebuild His house so He can be glorified there. The temple is the house of the Lord Jesus Christ, then and now.

Emmanuel

Emmanuel — God with us

Then spake Haggai the LORD’s messenger in the LORD’s message unto the people, saying, I am with you, saith the LORD. Haggai 1:13

Speaking as the LORD's messenger, Haggai gives the whole promise in four words: 'I am with you.' That promise is the meaning of the name Emmanuel, 'God with us,' given to Jesus.
