Holy One of Israel

Holy One: the Holy One of Israel, set apart, perfectly pure

Yea, and we may see at the very time when he doth prosper his people, yea, in the increase of their fields, their flocks and their herds, and in gold, and in silver, and in all manner of precious things of every kind and art; sparing their lives, and delivering them out of the hands of their enemies; softening the hearts of their enemies that they should not declare wars against them; yea, and in fine, doing all things for the welfare and happiness of his people; yea, then is the time that they do harden their hearts, and do forget the Lord their God, and do trample under their feet the Holy One—yea, and this because of their ease, and their exceedingly great prosperity. Helaman 12:2

Mormon uses 'the Holy One,' a title of Christ, and warns that prosperity tempts people to trample Him under their feet: to set Him at naught and treat His sacrifice as worthless. Nephi used the same image for the Jews who would reject Jesus.

Creator

Behold, they do not desire that the Lord their God, who hath created them, should rule and reign over them; notwithstanding his great goodness and his mercy towards them, they do set at naught his counsels, and they will not that he should be their guide. Helaman 12:6

The Lord their God who created them is the one they refuse to let rule over them. The Book of Mormon teaches that Jesus Christ is the Creator of heaven and earth and the rightful King who would guide His people.

How we know: Jehovah is the premortal Christ (Abraham 1:16; D&C 110:3–4)

Creation by Christ

For behold, the dust of the earth moveth hither and thither, to the dividing asunder, at the command of our great and everlasting God. Helaman 12:8–17

The earth, mountains and seas obey the voice of the everlasting God. Latter-day Saint scripture teaches that the elements obey the word of Christ, the Creator. Jesus showed this when He stilled the storm and the sea obeyed Him.

• alludes to Mark 4:39-41 — Jesus rebukes the wind; 'even the wind and the sea obey him.'

Grace

And may God grant, in his great fulness, that men might be brought unto repentance and good works, that they might be restored unto grace for grace, according to their works. Helaman 12:24

'Fulness' and 'grace for grace' echo John's testimony of Christ: 'of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.' Growing grace by grace is how the Savior Himself progressed, and how He lifts those who repent.

Judgment

And I would that all men might be saved. But we read that in the great and last day there are some who shall be cast out, yea, who shall be cast off from the presence of the Lord; Helaman 12:25–26

Mormon quotes 'the words which say' about the last day. They closely match what Jesus taught about the resurrection and judgment, which is given into the Son's hands. The last day is the day of Christ's judgment.
