Holy One of Israel — the holy God who made covenants with Israel
And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day; Isaiah 10:17
Israel's Holy One becomes a flame that consumes the proud oppressor, a picture of His power at His coming.

Light of Israel — the one who gives light to His covenant people

The same Light that guides Israel burns up the wicked. Christ is both the light of the righteous and the fire that cleanses the earth.

The faithful remnant will stop leaning on worldly powers and lean on the Holy One of Israel.

The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God. Isaiah 10:21
The title given to the promised Child in Isaiah 9:6 appears again: the gathered remnant returns to Him.

Messiah — the Anointed One
And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing. Isaiah 10:27
The oppressor's yoke breaks because of the anointing. Many read this as a hint of the Anointed One, the Messiah, whose power frees His people.
