Jehovah, God of the covenant
For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up. Jeremiah 24:6–7
Jehovah promises to change the hearts of the humbled captives so they can truly know Him and be His covenant people. This is the language of the new covenant that Jesus Christ mediates, when His law is written in the heart.

How we know: the verse itself names Him
