Job as a type of Christ
Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him. Job 29:12–16
Job's life of rescuing the poor, healing-like service to the blind and lame, and clothing himself in righteousness foreshadows the ministry of Jesus, who made the blind see and the lame walk and preached to the poor.
