The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. Proverbs 15:3
Jehovah, the premortal Christ, sees everything, both the evil and the good.

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight. Proverbs 15:8–9
Outward offerings mean nothing to the LORD without a righteous heart, but He delights in the prayers of the upright and loves those who follow righteousness. The LORD here is Jehovah, the premortal Christ.

Hell and destruction are before the LORD: how much more then the hearts of the children of men? Proverbs 15:11
Even hell lies open before Jehovah, so no human heart is hidden from Him.

Jehovah, the premortal Christ, brings down the proud and protects the widow, and He knows the thoughts of every heart.

The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility. Proverbs 15:33
Reverence for Jehovah teaches wisdom, and humility comes before honour.
