Jehovah — the premortal Jesus Christ, the covenant God of Israel
I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. Psalms 145:1–3
David praises Jehovah as his God and King. The King of Israel is the premortal Christ.

Jehovah — the premortal Jesus Christ, the covenant God of Israel
The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. Psalms 145:8–9
This repeats how Jehovah described Himself to Moses: gracious, compassionate, slow to anger, and merciful. Jesus showed these same qualities in His mortal life.

They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; Psalms 145:11–13
Jehovah's kingdom never ends. Latter-day Saints look for that kingdom when Christ reigns personally on the earth.

Jehovah lifts the fallen, feeds every living thing, and is near to all who call on Him in truth. Jesus did these things in His ministry.
