And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. Revelation 18:4
A voice from heaven calls God's covenant people ('my people') to flee Babylon, meaning worldliness and wickedness. In D&C 133 the Lord Jesus Christ gives this same command to the latter-day Saints.
