Messiah (the LORD's anointed)

Messiah — the Anointed One

And David said to Abishai, Destroy him not: for who can stretch forth his hand against the LORD’s anointed, and be guiltless? 1 Samuel 26:9–11

Again David will not harm 'the LORD's anointed' (Hebrew mashiach, Messiah), leaving him in the LORD's hands (also verses 16 and 23). The reverence owed the anointed king points toward the ultimate Anointed One, Jesus Christ.

Jehovah the Deliverer

The LORD render to every man his righteousness and his faithfulness; for the LORD delivered thee into my hand to day, but I would not stretch forth mine hand against the LORD’s anointed. 1 Samuel 26:23–24

David trusts the LORD to reward faithfulness and to deliver him out of all tribulation. Jehovah, the premortal Christ, is the Deliverer who rewards and rescues His faithful servants.
