Jehovah, the LORD God of Israel

Jehovah — the premortal Christ

And she answered them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Tell ye the man that sent you to me, 2 Chronicles 34:23–28

Huldah speaks in Jehovah's own voice: judgment will come on the rebellious nation, but the tender-hearted king who wept and humbled himself has been heard. The premortal Christ speaks through prophets and notices a humble heart.

Jehovah — the premortal Christ

And the king stood in his place, and made a covenant before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to keep his commandments, and his testimonies, and his statutes, with all his heart, and with all his soul, to perform the words of the covenant which are written in this book. 2 Chronicles 34:31

Josiah and the people covenant to walk after Jehovah with all their heart. The covenant God of Israel is Jesus Christ, and covenant renewal like this anticipates the covenants Saints make and renew with Him.
