Jehovah

Jehovah — the Lord Jesus Christ who speaks the revelations

Verily thus saith the Lord unto you my servant Thomas: I have heard thy prayers; and thine alms have come up as a memorial before me, in behalf of those, thy brethren, who were chosen to bear testimony of my name and to send it abroad among all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people, and ordained through the instrumentality of my servants. Doctrine and Covenants 112:1

The Lord hears Thomas's prayers and remembers his alms, as God remembered Cornelius. He speaks of those called to bear testimony of His name.

Sins Forgiven

Nevertheless, inasmuch as thou hast abased thyself thou shalt be exalted; therefore, all thy sins are forgiven thee. Doctrine and Covenants 112:3

Christ repeats His mortal teaching that the humble will be lifted up. He forgives Thomas's sins by His own authority.

Healer

And after their temptations, and much tribulation, behold, I, the Lord, will feel after them, and if they harden not their hearts, and stiffen not their necks against me, they shall be converted, and I will heal them. Doctrine and Covenants 112:13

The Savior promises to reach after the struggling Twelve and heal them if they turn to Him. He uses the words He spoke about conversion and healing in His mortal and Nephite ministries.

Good Shepherd

Now, I say unto you, and what I say unto you, I say unto all the Twelve: Arise and gird up your loins, take up your cross, follow me, and feed my sheep. Doctrine and Covenants 112:14

Only Jesus could give this command. He is the one who said "take up your cross, and follow me" and told Peter three times to feed His sheep, so the voice is the Good Shepherd.

Second Coming

Exalt not yourselves; rebel not against my servant Joseph; for verily I say unto you, I am with him, and my hand shall be over him; and the keys which I have given unto him, and also to youward, shall not be taken from him till I come. Doctrine and Covenants 112:15

Christ says He gave the priesthood keys and that they will stay with Joseph until He comes again.

Jehovah

Wherefore, whithersoever they shall send you, go ye, and I will be with you; and in whatsoever place ye shall proclaim my name an effectual door shall be opened unto you, that they may receive my word. Doctrine and Covenants 112:19–20

The Lord promises to be with His messengers. Receiving His word means receiving Him and the leaders He sends, the same principle He taught His ancient Apostles.

Judgment

Behold, vengeance cometh speedily upon the inhabitants of the earth, a day of wrath, a day of burning, a day of desolation, of weeping, of mourning, and of lamentation; and as a whirlwind it shall come upon all the face of the earth, saith the Lord. Doctrine and Covenants 112:24–26

Christ warns of the day of judgment before His coming and says it begins in His own house, with people who claimed His name but never truly knew Him.

Doctrine of Christ

The Savior renews the commission He gave His Apostles after His Resurrection: preach His gospel to everyone, with salvation through faith and baptism.

Second Coming

Christ promises He is coming quickly and bringing His reward to judge each person by their works.

Alpha and Omega

Alpha and Omega — the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet; the Beginning and the End

Be faithful until I come, for I come quickly; and my reward is with me to recompense every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega. Amen. Doctrine and Covenants 112:34

The speaker signs the revelation with His own title, Alpha and Omega, the name Jesus Christ uses for Himself in Revelation and in the Doctrine and Covenants.
