Doctrine and Covenants 51

Oneness in Christ

And let every man deal honestly, and be alike among this people, and receive alike, that ye may be one, even as I have commanded you. Doctrine and Covenants 51:9

The Lord's command to be one echoes His prayer that His disciples be one as He and the Father are one.

Joy of the Lord (faithful steward)

Echoing the parable of the talents, the faithful steward's reward is to enter the joy of his Lord, Christ, and inherit eternal life.

Jesus Christ
