Exodus 7

Jehovah

And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet. Exodus 7:1–5

Jehovah tells Moses that His signs and judgments will make even the Egyptians know He is the LORD as He brings His people out. The speaker is the premortal Christ.
