Ezekiel 48

Jehovah

And for them, even for the priests, shall be this holy oblation; toward the north five and twenty thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and twenty thousand in length: and the sanctuary of the LORD shall be in the midst thereof. Ezekiel 48:10

The holy portion of the restored land is arranged around the sanctuary of the LORD, Jehovah, the premortal Christ. The picture is of a people whose whole life is organized with the Lord at the center.

How we know: Jehovah is the premortal Christ (Abraham 1:16; D&C 110:3–4)

Jehovah

This is the land which ye shall divide by lot unto the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these are their portions, saith the Lord GOD. Ezekiel 48:29

'Lord GOD' renders the divine name, so the promise of an inheritance for all the gathered tribes is spoken by Jehovah, the premortal Christ, who gathers and restores Israel.

Jehovah-shammah

Jehovah-shammah — the LORD is there

It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The LORD is there. Ezekiel 48:35

Ezekiel's vision ends with the holy city named for the presence of Jehovah dwelling among His people. Latter-day Saints see this fulfilled when Christ reigns personally among His people in the latter-day holy city, where God dwells with men.
