Jehovah
Jehovah (LORD) — the covenant name, "I AM", the self-existent One
Thus shall mine anger be accomplished, and I will cause my fury to rest upon them, and I will be comforted: and they shall know that I the LORD have spoken it in my zeal, when I have accomplished my fury in them. Ezekiel 5:13–17
The LORD who speaks these judgments is Jehovah, the premortal Jesus Christ, the God of Israel who made covenants with them. His repeated seal "I the LORD have spoken it" (vv13, 15, 17) shows that His word is sure, whether in blessing or in judgment.
