Jehovah

God Almighty — El Shaddai, the name by which Jehovah was known to the patriarchs (Exodus 6:3)

And Jacob said unto Joseph, God Almighty appeared unto me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and blessed me, Genesis 48:3–4

Jacob remembers when God appeared to him at Luz (Bethel) and gave him the covenant. Latter-day Saints understand the God who appeared to the patriarchs as Jehovah, the premortal Jesus Christ.

The Angel Who Redeemed

The Angel which redeemed — the divine Messenger who is also the Redeemer (Hebrew go'el, kinsman-redeemer)

And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto this day, Genesis 48:15–16

Jacob sets "God" and "the Angel which redeemed me" side by side as one Being and asks Him to bless the boys. Latter-day Saints see here the premortal Christ, the Redeemer who shepherded and delivered Jacob all his life.
