Micah 2

Jehovah

LORD (Jehovah) — the eternal I AM, the covenant God of Israel

O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly? Micah 2:7

Jehovah answers the people who want the prophets silenced: His words bless those who walk uprightly. The voice is the premortal Christ.

How we know: Jehovah is the premortal Christ (Abraham 1:16; D&C 110:3–4)

Good Shepherd

I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men. Micah 2:12

The LORD promises to gather the scattered remnant of Israel into one fold like a shepherd gathering sheep. Jesus Christ is that Shepherd, who gathers His sheep into one fold under one Shepherd.

The Breaker

The Breaker — the one who breaks open the way

The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them. Micah 2:13

'The breaker' breaks open the wall of the fold so the sheep can pass through the gate, with their King before them and the LORD at their head. This is a hidden title of Christ, the Shepherd-King who opens the way out of captivity and death and leads His people through.
