Jehovah

Because they met not the children of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, that he should curse them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing. Nehemiah 13:2

Nehemiah is quoting Deuteronomy 23:5, where it is 'the LORD thy God' (Jehovah) who turned Balaam's curse into a blessing because He loved Israel. Latter-day Saints understand Jehovah as the premortal Jesus Christ, the covenant God who protects His people and turns what was meant for harm into good.
