High Priest
And the Tirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and Thummim. Nehemiah 7:65
The returned Israelites had to wait for a true priest who could receive revelation before the doubtful priests could eat the holy things. Their waiting for a worthy priest softly anticipates Jesus Christ, the great High Priest through whom we come to what is most holy.
