The rich and poor meet together: the LORD is the maker of them all. Proverbs 22:2
Rich and poor were made by the same LORD, so neither is above the other. Jehovah, the premortal Christ, created all people.

By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, and honour, and life. Proverbs 22:4
Humble reverence for the LORD leads to true riches and life. The LORD here is Jehovah, the premortal Christ.

The eyes of the LORD preserve knowledge, and he overthroweth the words of the transgressor. Proverbs 22:12
The LORD watches over truth and brings lies to nothing. Jehovah is the God of truth.

The mouth of strange women is a deep pit: he that is abhorred of the LORD shall fall therein. Proverbs 22:14
The one who has turned from the LORD falls into the trap of immorality. Jehovah is the judge whose favor protects.

That thy trust may be in the LORD, I have made known to thee this day, even to thee. Proverbs 22:19
The whole purpose of these teachings is that the learner will trust the LORD. For Latter-day Saints that trust is faith in Jehovah, who is Jesus Christ.

Rob not the poor, because he is poor: neither oppress the afflicted in the gate: Proverbs 22:22–23
The LORD takes the side of the poor like a lawyer pleading their case. Jehovah, the premortal Christ, is the advocate of the helpless, as He is our Advocate with the Father.
