King of Zion

Jehovah — the premortal Jesus Christ, the covenant God of Israel

Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints. Psalms 149:1–4

Zion rejoices in her King, Jehovah, who crowns the meek with salvation. Zechariah told Zion to rejoice because her King would come, fulfilled when Jesus entered Jerusalem.

The judgment written

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; Psalms 149:6–9

The saints carry out the judgment already written. Latter-day Saints may see a soft echo of the final judgment at Christ's coming, when the saints are with Him.
