Lamb of God

Lamb — the sacrificial offering, Christ slain for sin

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Revelation 13:8

The book of life belongs to Christ, the Lamb whose sacrifice was planned and chosen before the world was made. His Atonement was part of the Father's plan from the premortal council.

• the same title in 1 Peter 1:19-20 — Christ as a lamb, foreordained before the foundation of the world.

Lamb of God

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. Revelation 13:11

The second beast looks like a lamb but speaks like the dragon, a counterfeit of Christ the true Lamb. Satan's deceptions often imitate the Savior on the outside.
