Christ

Christ — the Anointed One (Greek for the Hebrew Messiah)

That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also. Romans 16:2–13

Again and again Paul describes the Saints as being 'in Christ' or 'in the Lord', meaning they belong to Him by covenant and live and labor in His service.

Jesus Christ

Jesus — Jehovah saves; Christ — the Anointed One

For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. Romans 16:18

False teachers who divide the Church are not serving the Lord Jesus Christ but their own appetites.

And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. Romans 16:20

Paul blesses the Saints with the grace, the enabling help and mercy, of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Seed of the Woman (bruising Satan)

And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. Romans 16:20

This echoes the first promise of a Redeemer in Eden, that the woman's Seed would bruise the serpent's head. Through Christ's victory, His followers also share in crushing Satan.

Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, Romans 16:25–27

The message about Jesus Christ was God's plan from before the world began; it was hidden from many but foretold in the prophets' writings and is now revealed to all nations. All glory goes to the Father through Jesus Christ.
