Jehovah
In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee. 2 Chronicles 1:7–12
The God who appears to Solomon and speaks with him is the LORD (Solomon addresses Him as 'O LORD God' in verse 9), Jehovah, the premortal Christ. He gives wisdom to those who ask, as He later taught: ask, and it shall be given you.
