Deuteronomy 10

Jehovah

Jehovah — the covenant name, rendered LORD; the premortal Christ

At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood. Deuteronomy 10:1–2

After Israel broke the covenant, Jehovah speaks and gives the law again. The premortal Christ gives a second chance, much as He renews covenants with us today.

Atonement

Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked. Deuteronomy 10:16

A circumcised heart is a purified, changed heart. The Church footnote ties this to King Benjamin's people, who asked God to apply the atoning blood of Christ so their hearts could be purified.

Lord of Lords

Lord of lords — the highest ruler over every ruler

For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: Deuteronomy 10:17

Jehovah, the premortal Christ, is called Lord of lords. John's Revelation gives this same title to the Lamb, Jesus Christ, when He comes again in glory.

Jehovah

He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen. Deuteronomy 10:21

The "He" is Jehovah, the premortal Christ who worked Israel's deliverance. He is the one His people are to praise.
