Lord of Hosts

Lord of Hosts — Jehovah Sabaoth, Lord of the armies of heaven

Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire. Isaiah 29:6

The LORD of hosts is Jehovah, the premortal Jesus Christ, who visits His people in judgment. Nephi repeats this verse as he prophesies of the last days.

How we know: the verse itself names Him

Jehovah

Jehovah — the covenant name, 'I AM', the Eternal One

Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: Isaiah 29:13–14

Jehovah speaks in the first person here. Jesus quoted these words as His own charge against hypocrites in Matthew 15, and the Son used nearly the same words to young Joseph Smith in the First Vision. The 'marvellous work and a wonder' He promises is the Restoration of His gospel.

Healing of the blind and deaf

And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness. Isaiah 29:18

The deaf hearing and the blind seeing are signs Jesus pointed to as proof of who He is. Here the healing is spiritual: people open their ears and eyes to the book that testifies of Him.

Holy One of Israel

Holy One of Israel — the holy God who made covenants with Israel

The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 29:19

The Holy One of Israel is one of Isaiah's favorite titles for Jehovah, who is Jesus Christ. The meek and the poor find their joy in Him.

Jehovah, who redeemed Abraham

Jehovah — the covenant name, 'I AM', the Eternal One

Therefore thus saith the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale. Isaiah 29:22

The LORD who redeemed Abraham is Jehovah, the premortal Christ. He was Abraham's Redeemer long before His mortal life, and He promises Jacob's house will no longer be ashamed.

Holy One of Jacob

Holy One of Jacob — another form of Holy One of Israel

But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel. Isaiah 29:23

Jacob's gathered children will honor the name of the Holy One of Jacob, which is another form of the title Holy One of Israel for Jesus Christ.
