Jehovah

Jehovah — the covenant name of God, usually taken to mean 'I Am' or 'He who is'

Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD. Psalms 83:16–18

The psalm prays that even Israel's enemies will come to know the name JEHOVAH. Latter-day Saints understand Jehovah, the God of the Old Testament, to be Jesus Christ before His birth. So the goal of the prayer is that all people will come to know Him.
