Jesus Christ — Jehovah saves, the Anointed One

Before the earth was made, the Father's plan centered on Christ, and His children were chosen in Him. Latter-day Saints understand this as the premortal council where Jesus was chosen as Savior.

The Beloved — the Father's Beloved Son
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. Ephesians 1:6
"The Beloved" is a hidden title for Jesus Christ. We are accepted by the Father because we are in His Beloved Son.

Through Christ's shed blood we are redeemed and our sins can be forgiven.

God's plan is to gather everything in heaven and on earth together in Christ in the last dispensation. Latter-day Saints see this fulfilled in the Restoration and the gathering of Israel.

In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: Ephesians 1:11
"In whom" refers to Christ. In Him the Saints receive an inheritance from the Father.
