Psalms 93

Jehovah

The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved. Psalms 93:1–2

Jehovah reigns in majesty, and His throne has stood from everlasting. That describes the premortal Christ, the eternal King who will one day reign openly on the earth.

Jehovah

The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. Psalms 93:3–4

The LORD is mightier than the roar of many waters. When the resurrected Christ appeared, His voice was described as the sound of many waters, 'even the voice of Jehovah,' and in mortality He calmed the sea.
