Jesus Christ, the Lord your God

Jesus — Jehovah saves; Christ — the Anointed One

Behold, and hearken, O ye elders of my church, saith the Lord your God, even Jesus Christ, your advocate, who knoweth the weakness of man and how to succor them who are tempted. Doctrine and Covenants 62:1

This verse says plainly who "the Lord your God" in these revelations is: Jesus Christ Himself.

Advocate

Advocate — one who pleads another's cause before the judge

Behold, and hearken, O ye elders of my church, saith the Lord your God, even Jesus Christ, your advocate, who knoweth the weakness of man and how to succor them who are tempted. Doctrine and Covenants 62:1

Jesus is our Advocate, who pleads our case with the Father. Because He suffered and was tempted, He knows our weaknesses and knows how to help us.

And now continue your journey. Assemble yourselves upon the land of Zion; and hold a meeting and rejoice together, and offer a sacrament unto the Most High. Doctrine and Covenants 62:4

In Zion the elders are to meet, rejoice, and partake of the sacrament, the ordinance that remembers Jesus Christ's sacrifice.
